I have an extensive senior leadership background in large, dynamic schools with expertise in the areas of individual and team-based coaching, development of high performing school leadership teams, organisational strategy, process, and system design, and solving challenging people problems. I am experienced in delivering consistently high outputs within complex school environments.

I am passionate about delivering sustained high performance, working with people to be their best and to align personal aspirations with whole school outcomes.

I have developed a broad range of experiences consulting across school systems around Australia developing individual leadership capacity, building effective teams, and developing positive school cultures to optimise school effectiveness.

In recent years, working with an outstanding team of educators, I am grateful, and thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to apply my broad and unique range of experiences gained to be part of the wonderful St Francis of Assisi College, and indeed, broader Riverland community.
